heloguy 0 Posted November 16, 2007 I've been trying to decide whether or not I want to get Armed Assault, but can't find anything to confirm or deny that the newest version has support for multiple joysticks. I'm a helicopter pilot by trade, and would like to have have realistic(as close as possible anyway in a game) controls. Basically, not a keyboard and mouse. I tried my current controls, but when trying the demo I couldn't get them to work as they are a combination of two joysticks. So, the basic question is, is there support for multiple controllers, and if not, will there be?
Snake1999 0 Posted November 16, 2007 No multiple controller support, sadly. Can't figure why. I use a CH Products setup, consisting of 3 units (Joystick, Throttle and Rudders), which allows me to combine them to a "single unit". Works well in Arma, but allot of buttons and axis goes missing in the process of combining the units to a single one. I don't think there are any other ways of using multiple controllers in Arma or OFP.
heloguy 0 Posted November 16, 2007 Thanks for the reply. Guess I'll have to wait around for something else.
Tankbuster 1747 Posted November 16, 2007 It is a shame. I can't use my Nostromo N52 and Saitek Evo at the same time.:(
