i get this message every time i try installing

i got the game in may had the problem then. and over the summer i forgot about it and now i tryed installing the game and i still get the error message i did try buying it online the first time but it was downloading insainely slow. i tryed getting atari help but it took days and even a week for them to respond to my emails and they didnt help at all.

i have tryed getting a new copy, downloading the demo (witch is very good) and pretty much everything i can think of PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY WANT TO PLAY THE GAME!!!

also is it possable for someone to send that file to me?

I have seen this kind of error there before

1. Check the CD for Scratches

2. Try installing it on another DVD Drive if you have one

3. Disable your Anti VIrus while installing

4. Check your hard drive for bad Sectors

2b If it installs on another drive try installing newer firmware on the other one.

2c If it still does not work get a new Drive

I have seen this issue before when I was using Creative CD Rom drives with Operation Flashpoint. Just getting another drive fixed it. But if you have another DVD drive try installing it on there first

If it's the DVD version, check surface for scratches etc. like said.

For the download version: Download the package again. This error usually you get when either the disc or the downloaded files are damaged.
