current patch order from 1.00 (morphicon download)

hey all,

i have two versions of Arma, the ATARI DVD, and an old "first gen" MORPHICON download (German, or German AND CZECH? together/one and the same??)

i stopped using the download version. and went to atari DVD...but since i hopped up the wifes rig, i wanted to install the old download onto her computer, and keep the DVD on mine to play when a friend comes over....anyways to the problem...

going thru the searches for "patch or patch order", i see up to 1.04 patch, or a 1.08 patch on the forums, but i am not seeing a clear cut concise patch ORDER... am i to use the beta patches at all (???) when going to 1.08 international?

here is what i have i have to do from my understanding in this order..

MORPHICON.DE 1.0--> 1.01 "GERMAN/CZECH"

1.0-->1.02 "GERMAN/CZECH"

is 1.05 BETA needed?? -->(???) if not then..?

is 1.07 BETA needed?? --->(???) if not then??

MORPHICON.DE "INTERNATIONAL" (??) -->1.08

or is there a current "one large ass patch" COMPLETE INSTALL to--> 1.08 from the 1.0 German download "box"?

for the most part i think i have it, but the wonky ways of the forums here, its really hard to tell doing all this internal/external website cross referencing, going from GERMAN version to international and such.

if i didnt have "3 limited keys" (with one used up) i wouldnt bee sweating as much...but last time i got the patchs, it wouldnt work half the time. hate to have to wait another two weeks, and have someone tell me "tidy up your rig" because of patch errors..

ok,

i think i got it...

1.0 --> 1.01 ger ( ger / morphicon)

1.02 -->1.02 ger ( ger / morphicon)

1.02 --> 1.05 (international)

1.05 --> 1.08 (international)

and then if i wanted to, the hotfix.

now, my only question left is..

does it automatically run the game to start, after each patch? or can I patch right on thru to 1.08. THEN start the game..?

last i remembered, each patch used up one "CD" key.. but i may be wrong.

You need only 1.05 and 1.08 IMO.

I noticed that some anti-virus software cut the transfer just before it finishes.
