Well,

I'm working with a PIII 866, 512 RAM and a 64 Mb Nvidia. Everything works well with the Windows Me. But now I can't open nor the preferences program nor the game. Simply after a time the system told me to send a failure message to Msoft.

Uninstall the game again and remove OFP's registry keys with regedit (don't mess with regedit if you don't know what you're doing). Then install OFP again.
