Creating Soldier Animations

What kind of programm is needed to create custom (static) animations for ArmA. I was able to use and create Animations with OFP Anim but I don´t know if it still works. I tried loading the new ones but it ended in crash of the programm. But I read somewhere else (can not remebere where) that somebody was able to convert the old OFP ones into ArmA.

There's arma skeletone ( SLX_skeletone) that ca be loaded into OFP anim. In this way anims can be viewed. But you can't make anims in this way
