Segwin 0 Posted July 13, 2007 Using a 7900 GTX nVidia card. While walking on the grass with texture set on normal or high I get what looks like different texture areas while looking down - Â close to me looks darker, a little further away it lightens up some and further out it looks normal. This is af if there is a certain distance for fine detail, another distance for semi fine detail and a third distance for the rest. Â If I raise my view and look straight forward it looks ok. Â If I set texture detail to low the problem goes away but the detail is flat. Â Seems to only happen on grass, pavement is fine. Anyone else notice this?
