Chiasson 0 Posted July 8, 2007 I have same problem and would like some help. I have tested creating a dedi server with no grass profile and then joined my own server but it's not working. Do I need seperate server profile at all for this kind of game type that Grodin discibed in first post? I know and have tested that editing mission will eventually do the job... Even that would partly solve my problem, we mostly play the missions we create ourself, how do you turn the grass off in the mission then? Im quite familiar with old scripts (sqs) and description.ext but never ran into a command to change the grass setting in mission file itself?
zaphod 0 Posted July 8, 2007 just add this to missions init.sqm/sqf setTerrainGrid 50; you can also setup the distance of view with: setviewdistance 1200; (in meters) regards, zap
