AMP_STORM 0 Posted February 20, 2002 When my game is loading up it gets to the codemasters screen and then everything just freezes up and i can t do anything else except from turn my comp off. This happened to me a while ago and i d/l something and it worked, but i forgot what i d/led. Is there anyone that can help me or knows what i d/led??? Plzplzplzplzplz help me. theavonlady 2 Posted February 20, 2002 A million things could be causing the freeze on your system. First of all, what 16MB video card are you using? Next, 64MB of RAM is really pushing things, if you want to play OFP. Enough folks gripe with 128MB and 256MB seems to be just fine for everyone. Are all of your drivers updated? For you motherboard, too? That wouldn't by chance be a Via chipset based MB, would it? Well, you've got a lot of homework to do. Start off by searching The FAQ for "freeze". rael567 0 Posted March 3, 2002 Bought the game yesterday (gold edition,) installed it, and now it wont run at all i get error message invalid memory access by module -dfp something or other. I have win 98/hp pavilion 8580c/ATI All in WOnder Pro/128ram/hp cd writer drive and meet or exceed all the other requirements. Ive updated my video card driver, my motherboard chipset, ive installed it twice, once with cd writer drive and once with the other drive, both dont work! Help!
