Recon1 0 Posted July 3, 2007 AN/PAC-4C. its a laser that is mounted on the rifles to use at night (it can only be seen with NVG's) because of the NVG's you cant look in to your scope so i was thinking to make it more realistic to make a mod like that it would be nice to hear some feed back http://www.fileshack.com/file.x/10669/Call+of+Duty+4+Gameplay+Movie download that movie from call of duty 4 for who ever doesnt know what am talking about thanks Recon1
zootia 0 Posted July 3, 2007 there was a thread about this in the gen. discussion. I think they came to a conclusion that it wasn't possible with the game engine. And isn't it call a AN/PEQ2
dm 9 Posted July 3, 2007 And isn't it call a AN/PEQ2 The PEQ-2 is more aimed at the Squad Leader. The PAC-4 is the general "grunts" "version"

I think they came to a conclusion that it wasn't possible with the game engine. And isn't it call a AN/PEQ2 I'm pretty sure stuff like this must be possible with the ArmA engine. Just think about the laser designator we already have. It projects a dot onto the target surface, so the possibilities are definitely there, but it would surely require a slight modification of the engine, so that the laser dot can be added to any weapon.
