Tbagz 0 Posted June 24, 2007 I am thinking hard about purchasing this game. I loved OFP though it has been a few years since I played the PC version. Is there much of a difference between ArmA Combat operations/ArmA Armed Assault? If not Ill prob do the online download purchase. I am also on the low end with my pc. And I hope I can handle the requirements MY pc: Pent IV 2.53 1 Gig RM GeForce Fx 5700 LE 256 mb ( I know that hurts) So what do yall think? Can I even play? W0lle 1050 Posted June 24, 2007 With patch 1.08 there is no difference (except one SP mission) between ArmA and ArmA:Combat Operations, it's just a different name for the same product. As for the hardware: You definitely wont have much fun with your current Geforce. The game might run at all but higher then details set to low you might not be able to go. 1 GB RAM will do if you don't have too many other stuff running in the background, the CPU will do too. If I were you I would buy a DVD version as you don't have to worry about reactivations when you apply the next patch. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
