Disappearing Rifles Bug - Version 1.08

Ok, I saw the other thread in relation to this bug, but it doesn't appear that this bug is addon related at least in my case. I bought the digital download version of ARMA from Direct2Drive. (I'm in the U.S., btw) I tried to update the game using both the international patch and the U.S. patch and both times I lost my rifles due to the bug. I've tried the install with and without addons. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I found it was DDAM Addons and GROM addons that made me lose my weapons. Not that it helps you much!
