Törni 0 Posted June 13, 2007 Would it be possible to make a script that would allow AI gunners to select different kind of ammo vs. different targets? Now HE never gets fired if SABOT rounds exist. And Sabots are not fired vs. infantry. The initial shell type is determined by the weapon config itself. The first loaded ammo type is the first that appears in the magazine list. Törni 0 Posted June 15, 2007 Well how about basing the loaded round type on target´s class and/or armor value? You'll have to also add a reload different ammo type action for gunners if the targeted enemy is changed before firing. Mostly what we do not see now is AI HE fire against soft and infantry targets.
