how to get default video settings again

Hi I tried some different video settings, but now the screen has turned black with stripes. I can't get back to the original settings. Even when I uninstal and reinstal. The game starts with the wrong settings and I cant see in what screen I am.

With the tab and enter knobs I can scroll through the screens, but don't know in what screen I am active. Can anyone help me plz??

Try deleting your arma.cfg file.
