High level of detail with beta patch?

Hi everyone.

I was wondering, if the beta patch makes it possible to set all detail settings to maximum? Have anyone tried this?

(Still LOD and/or 8007000e with too high settings)

Edit: ohh and btw;..ArmA under Vista is affected slightly/medium worse than XP...plus the LOD problem kicks in much sooner.

Ok, thx for the reply guys! Guess I'll wait for yet another patch before trying to change detail settings...
