my activation and records... deleted?

I have a sprocket copy, and burned up all my activations with the updates, beta, and when I formatted and installed Vista. so I e-mailed .. whoever and they added activations and the game installed.

well vista drive me bonkers and the game ran like ass under it, so now Im back on XP.. but get this..

now I cant install it again.. but for a different reason..  its not saying Im out of activations...its saying my activation # doesent Exist..  if I click the "forgot your activation" and enter my e-mail.. it says there is no record for my e-mail either.
