ERROR on load up game

the message I get when i click the .exe to start the game is:

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

after 2 re-installs, the problem still exist.

any suggestions?

update to the latest directx or DL and put the .dll into armas folder

But im not to computer literate and my come back to ask how you put the file into there file.

Now I have to figure out why it's so blasted choppy in game...ugg..lol
