X-Rolando 0 Posted April 14, 2007 I've been running an internal server for a while now (specs at bottom) and for some reason, whenever a mission is transferred from the server to a player (to the clients mpmissions cache) transfer speeds are as low as 1kBps. I can't say this happens to everyone all the time, but I do know that even my PC - which is linked to the server via a CAT6 - almost always only receives missions at 1-2 kBps. So, I'm hoping this has something to do with one of the config files. ArmA.cfg Quote[/b] ]MaxMsgSend = 256;MinBandwidth = 1768000; MaxBandwidth = 2000000; MaxCustomFileSize=10000000; server.cfg Quote[/b] ]passwordAdmin = "xxxx";password = "xxx"; hostname = "NWGaming.org ArmA 1.05"; motd[]= {"Welcome to the Night Watch ArmA Server.","Enjoy your stay.",}; motdInterval=5; voteThreshold=0.33; voteMissionPlayers=1; //checkfiles[]={"HWTL\dta\data3d.pbo","dta\data3d.pbo"}; kickduplicate=1; equalModRequired=0; maxPlayers = 24; verifySignatures=0; disableVoN=1; persistent=0; Startup Parameters Quote[/b] ]-config=server.cfg -netlog -port=2302 -nosplash I've opened ports 2302, 2303 and 2305. Specs Quote[/b] ]A64 3800+2GB RAM openSUSE 10.2 with VMWare, Server2003 as the main guest OS (previously mentioned ports forwarded to the correct IP). So then brave Spartans, what do you suggest? d3dsh33p 0 Posted April 14, 2007 I'm getting the same issue, while running the beta server client... hopefully a restart of the box itself is gonna take care of it, seems it happens while running the mission evolution for around 12 hours now... I'll reply later after i talk to the box owner so he can restart it.
