Blue and other colour 2mm squares

i have this problem where i get lots of tiny squares i didn't use to have it since yesterday i have a 8800GTS and this happens sometime on destroyed cars and mostly building and bushes i think it may be a conflict as i have Vista on duel boot or the settings on my nvidia card ?

Also i edited the HDR Precision and i have tried both 8 & 16 configeration.
