Always have a problem joining in the second round

Being advised to play multiplayer after finding the Capaign a bit 'short', I've tried it and I'm having an issue (other than each game turning into a sniper-fest), and that is that on the second round I can't join.  See screenshot, when I click OK the button depresses but nothing happens.  This is EVERY server I've been on.  Any ideas?

from the screen shot above the admin of the server has not started the round

lmao the game will only start unless the admin is green. Until then hes waiting for more players to join, you just gotta be patient.
