how can i adapt a finnished mission in the editor?

hi, guys. I really want to know how people edit their missions. i wonder if there is someway that i can open a pbo mission file in the mission editor or any other way i can see how the mission was done.

You cannot open a pbo file in the mission editor. You can however extract the files from the pbo file, and open them in the editor that way. A pbo file is a compressed file, similar to a zip file.

Step1. Extract the files. Relevant tools can be found on the BI wiki.

Step2. Place the extracted mission folder into your profiles mission folder. <myDocuments>\ArmA Other Profiles\<your profile>\missions

Example : M08Battlefields.Sara.pbo is extracted to <myDocuments>\ArmA Other Profiles\fasad\missions\M08Battlefields.Sara
