campaign is a intro pain?

hi

before i start im aware that vista has problems with this game, i have vista 64bit

and so far im just having problems with graphic glitches, but my main problem is i cant start a campaign?

ive started it once but now i cant get past the intro cutscene where it says {a convoy is passing through a towns name} it then fades out and does not start???

when i press escape i get the picture back of the road and options, its like theres a trigger problem .

please help

Decrease your graphics settings alot or install a gaming capable OS (XP 32 bit) .
