Can't get to the session browser

When i press Multiplayer in the main screen after pressing play a loading screen apears saying receiving and the game stops i can't even get to the session browser.

Can someone help me?

Check your firewall connections. Maybe he blocks ArmA...

Zone Alarm is a classic for this.

It will block the access and give a pop up window for authority but this 'hides' behind the game window.

Alt-Tab to sort it.

You will usually need two permissions: One to allow ARMA to talk out to the internet and another for ARMA to recieve data from the internet.
