baddo 0 Posted March 9, 2007 Get permission from the copyright owner of the files before you start to distribute anything. The copyright owner has the right to say what you can and what you can't do with their files. If it is not explicitly allowed, then it is prohibited. This is always how it is with copyrights (when the work in question is original work and not trivial). Balschoiw 0 Posted March 9, 2007 There were already examples with OFP where people actually had to pay money for (ab)using certain product names or company names or game titles within their missions or mods.
