Commander mission won't end

Mission 9: Commander. I've killed everyone at the last part, bmp tanks the lot. But it won't end. I've only got 3 men left, my A1M1 and APC have bitten the wrong end of a rpg. I've killed everyone and run around the desert looking for strays.

Is there anyway to conclude the mission without redoing it?

Anyone else had this problem?

Yeah, I run the 1.2 Czech version and I get a debug error message soon after I kill everything aswell. So I stuck + Time onto 4,000 and after about a minute mission finished Also make sure you search the whole desert area with a fine tooth comb as sometimes they like to hide in just random places.

Cheers. I'll search that desert until i find one of the little critters hiding. Hopefully when it completes it will open up mission 10 which is currently locked.

Done it! There was a BMP2 hiding up in the hills near a hotel. As soon as that was destroyed the mission finished. The problem was finding it. Eventually i got in a jeep and it targeted me so i could see it. Happy days. One tough mission.

I'm having trouble with the same mission.

Only, the thing is, I can't even get past the first objective. I have killed everyone on my side of the river and still, no order to link up with the Abrams/M113 squad. And I have really run up and down the river looking for bad guys.

All i can suggest is to start the mission again. I've done this one a few times. Never had that error however. The main problem seemed to be that my men wouldn't follow me to meet the M113 etc. That was back in version 1.04.

Gaaah... v.1.05

I've restarted the mission for about 10 times now and still nothing.

I've killed every soldier within about 1200 metres from the first "yellow box." STILL nothing

As someone posted above, you have to find and kill a tank. before you get your next objective.

For me the tank is always off on the other side of the town (the one in the opposite direction of your first objective when you turn at the gas station) and if you get out of your vehicle around the gas station you can hear it from a long way off thanks to the super hearing you get in ArmA.

So kill that tank and you can move on to the next bug, which for me is when the friendly tanks you pick up at the second objective manage to flip themselves on their backs in the buildings beside the river.

Ahh... Finally done

There was that freakin T72 on the other side of the town, behind the hills. Spent some 10 minutes looking for it, since it was constantly moving.

As for the joining the platoon part, I had no problems at all. All ended pretty quickly.
