8800 users - how does it run for you?

I have a 8800 GTS 640MB and I have a lot of issues in the retail version (patched to 1.05). Start of a mission seems to be ok but the performance deteriorates over time, textures become very blurred, and low poly models appear as well. I am using Vista X64 and 100.65 forceware drivers.

Now before the anti-Vista brigade appears, I tried ArmA on Xp as well (pre patch) and suffered the same issues.

I have also downloaded the demo and used the same settings as in the retail - and I get no texture problems!

Is anyone actually able to run the game properly with an 8800 and if so what are your settings? Is it worth copying the .exe from the demo to the retail?
