CanisDEK 1 Posted December 21, 2001 1.40 is sweet indeed but I have experienced a new bug. When we have played one MP game and return to the player/mission/squad setup all text is gone. The boxes with soldiers, maps, players, time, score is all gone. You can still pick up players, set the time for the mission etc. the text just isn't there. You need to restart the game to remove this. My setup - Athlon 1333 - 512 MB RAM - SB Live 5.1 - GeForce2 Pro - WinXP - AND of course my OFP is bought in a real store Patchin was done right and I have no unofficial addons installed (apart from my own missions that are 100% bug free ) If you could fix this it would be nice. It's annoying but since it's not an ingame bug I'm not worrying too much, as the maps I have is designed for one or two hours of play. If there is something I can do myself to fix it, please tell me

JumpinJackFlash 0 Posted December 26, 2001 I've experienced this too. After installing v1.40 the text in the "computer" at the multiplayer part is missing. You can't see the words "remote/lan" and server info. When dying in a multiplayer game I can't see the other players name on the list and the info that should be on the right, only my own logo. Did not happen until v1.40. Addons are only Winter Kolgujev 1.1, but it worked with v1.30 Specs: P-III-450MHz 256Mb RAM 40GB HDD Asus P3B MB Asus TNT2 Ultra Video card Logitech Keyboard and mouse (not new ) Samsung 16x DVD Soundblaster AWE32 value Best Regards JumpinJackFlash-[21VB] Edit 27/12-01: Now the text had returned for some odd reason, seems to be a periodic bug. Did not make any changes to configuration. (Edited by JumpinJackFlash at 10:49 am on Dec. 27, 2001)
