Here's my impression, actually just some possibilities of what you mean:

1. An actual new helicopter model: This is called an addon, and yes it is possible if someone makes it.

2. An existing chopper with healing abilities: Yes, you can make an addon with just a new config for the existing chopper with healing capability, or use scripts.

3. An ambulance that flies like a helicopter: Ok, that's probably not what you had in mind, but that's also possible with a new config.

It would be simple enough to put a medic or two on board a support chopper.

There are plenty of examples of helicopter extraction scripts where a chopper is called by a player. These can be modified to have the chopper land, and medics jump out to heal people, and/or medevac. Here's a thread with a sample extraction mission from SNKMAN:

What we don't have is animations for carrying wounded. Although I think I saw screenshots of an OFP mod that did that, which means such a mod could be made.

Why not just do the green smoke and your healed trick. Laugh. I saw somewhere a script that did this. Forget though and it was OFP. Might work for arma.
