snkman 351 Posted February 4, 2007 Hi Guy's, well maybee my please sound's a little amusingly but i'm really looking for someone could record me 3 - 4 sentences for my Mission. I'm german and i think it doe's not sound's that good, if i use my English - German mixed voice... The Voice of a real English speaking person sound's way better! Okay well i have a mission, where you can call a Chopper, give him Order's to land and let him fly back to the Base. Now for thouse 3 order's i need a Voice. For example: 1. This is AirborneOne we're on the way to Extraction point. Over. 2. This is AirborneOne prepare for extraction we land. 3. This is AirborneOne we returne to the Base take care of you Guy's Over and Out. I will edit the record's with Nero 7 WaveEditor, that it sound's like a real Radio. You will never notice, that it was your voice. Well here is a example from me: Voice don't laught
REVkHA 0 Posted February 5, 2007 I could possibly do all that, and put the radio eq effect as well. Recorded in pre-amp and condenser mic with a RME MULTIFACE HDSP. my msn : archymtln@msn.com add me Seeya S!
VictorFarbau 0 Posted February 5, 2007 Hey SNKMAN, you sure have some bad reception there! How do you like the quick sample I made completely free and using web services? Try Me I have used this method of creating in-game voices for a couple of missions since only a few amongst us really have a fancy presenter's voice... More if you're interested. VictorFarbau 0 Posted February 6, 2007 Not a problem, you can edit this all yourself since the voice is computer-generated and you know how to handle a sound editor as it seems. Now, to have more people benefit from this I started a new thread which includes a download of a howto plus some samples. I agree that everybody would like different voices and amplification levels - this is all possible and easy for you to do yourself. So look for a thread called "Best practice sharing - Voice creation" and have fun creating all your messages. Regards, Victor
