I've been playing the demo for awhile now. I kinda confused as which one to purchace.

I'm american and i only speak english. I heard to get 505 version, but on the sticky it does not say USA in the country list. So would i be just as well off buying something else now?

P.S. What are the numbers like in the full version? The amount of people playing the demo is kind of discouraging. I like CTI. and if im lucky i might be able to find 10 people playing it.

I think the game is great and has some crazy awesome potential, but im not going to buy it if theres no one playing it. lol

The 505 release in somewhere feburary is in english, everything else is in other language.

What might be confusing you is that there is a community created language patch for the german/czech versions for those that can't wait.

I'm curious because its hard to find a game with alot of people playing CTI in the demo.

The community is still in a gathering storm phase, decent maps are still being made and not everyone has the game yet. The biggest grief has been the bugs in the current versions and some are waiting for the next patch before they start to play again. Right now there are plenty of servers and some of them get pretty crammed up (30+ players).

If we run a CTI server in the demo, it will fill up quickly, and it will kill the servr just as quickly due to the bugs in CTI at the moment.

Same thing happens in the full game, only it takes longer to kill the server for some reason.

Once they sort the bugs out I will like to run a 24/7 CTI server.
