snkman 351 Posted January 16, 2007 Hi Guy's, i'm that stupid or am i right when i say there is only 1 page for Briefing's in ArmA? Well in OFP i had a arrow, where i could go to the 2. page if the Briefing is long but now... nothing? It simply stops, where the 1. page end's and the rest of the Briefing
Scillion 0 Posted January 16, 2007 This is the quickest way I know to tell you one way to do it. This is a briefing I made. It has two pages plus the notes section. The player has to push the word Situation to go to the next page. You can make many pages.

Code Sample

Designer's Notes

There is extra ammo in the truck.

MAP IS NOT SHOWN: It gives away the position of targets and isn't needed anyway.

You must take down all targets in the
battle area.

You will begin South of town.
You will end North/Northwest of town in a small camp.

Click for more information about the Situation

1. Take down all Blue Targets.

2. Destroy all Tank Tank Targets.

Situation

The mission is designed for a small group to enter from the south following the main street through town and exiting north/northwest of town. Along the way targets will be presented.

The blue man shaped targets may be taken with small arms fire or larger munitions. The wooden tank shaped targets should be taken with larger munitions.

A timer is displayed at the top of the screen for your benefit. The score will be displayed at the bottom. This mission was designed for the purpose of training in a non hostal environment. Please use it however you wish.

Mission Accomplished

Well done! You have Destroyed both the Tank and Man Shaped Targets.

Mission Over

You didn't destroy all the Man shaped targets. You did however get the Tanks.

Mission Over,

You didn't destroy all the Tank shaped targets. Scillion 0 Posted January 16, 2007 Now if we can just find out the trick to adding pictures every time. It says you can't add progressive JPG files. What program will make the type of non-progressive JPG files that it will take.
