theedge_jinx 1 Posted January 15, 2007 I've noticed from playing long rounds of CTI, that the game runs awfully slow after some time of play. This seems to be from the fact that there are "millions" of AI corpses lying about by the flags. Anyone know of any variable that sets the "corpses removal timer"? SushiFugu 0 Posted January 15, 2007 I'd really like to know about this, too. It seems like the corpse buildup (both enemies and vehicles) is what really starts taking a toll on the server.

Jack-UK 0 Posted January 15, 2007 Try asking in the scripting forum for someone to find/make you a corpse removal script.. Unfortunately this is unavailible in the demo however And i think i seen you ingame on the demo before so im assuming your referring to the demo version.. so unfortunately we're stuck until BIS update the map
Wisebone 0 Posted January 25, 2007 The mission creator forgot to add a corpse remover script as said before. It's wonderful they can stay forever, and wonderful we can script it to remove them.. but damn, the developers forgot to add that.. You can fix it by inserting a script into the .pbo file of the mission, but you will have a problem.. None else have the mission, the server (host) has the original and checks with the clients if the size is exactly the same and if not then it sends the mission to the player and he plays on it.. you will need to publish it on the net and host it yourself so it gets popular, then the servers might use it.
