Patch 1.0x -> 1.02 - sara.pbo is missing

Hey,

i have the german boxed DvD version. I installed it on my D:\ partition. Updated to 1.01 and tried to patch to 1.02.

"sara.pbo" is missing and patch halts.

Same result by reinstall and trying to patch the 1.00. Odd..."sara.pbo" IS in the folder AddOns and it is NOT write protected. Any Solution?

Thanks to lethal, i installed the patch while in safe mode of the PC. Worked!! Took ages, but it works.

have you let the patch run though without touching anything, dont explore around your computer files or the internet, i did that and my patch failed.

Hi guys! I am also using win XP x64 and the only way I found to resolve this problem is to install patch on 32-bit system and then copy Arma directory to your PC with XP x64.  Just overwrite exesting Arma folder with new one. It worked for me and I hope it will work for you.
