stuck in Operation Red Head

I am stuck in one of the last missions of Operation Red Head clsa 2

In the mission you have to deactive some mines around a submarine, but I can't find the deactivation tricker.

I walked around the submarine (what is not healty)

I killed everybody on the small island. Walked true the tents, body's and so on.

So does anybody know where the trickers is, or what I must do ?
