Small translation if you have time of recent addon

Was wondering if anybody had a minute to translate this?

It's a very small addon, effects pack found here:

hee's what was pasted in the readme. The first couple effects are decipherable on how to use them but the ones on the bottom I had trouble. Thanks for your help!

I know the text that appears here not the actual font ...I think it's in Russian or German??

Anybody download that addon and know the lingo?

It's liek a few kb small download if anybody might give it a shot.

Usually Cyrillic does that to you in NotePad.    As for the translation, however, I'm all thumbs, I'm afraid.

Hmmm... I have an idea - look in the scripts it is referring to, and find

= _this select 1, 2, 3 or whatever (note that 0 will be the 1st value, but you already know what 0 is).

That will be the mystery word in "", because you can't script in Russian.
