wipman 1 Posted September 27, 2006 Hi, i guess that they'll reject him/her or make him/her sign an accord to remove it; our "armed" forces will reject anyone that had any tatto below the elbow, in the neck or between the knees height and the top end of the feet. But you could pay God knows how much for remove it/'em and then retry the practices with the bandage and the creams to heal it, all a pleasure to swear over a unskinned & bleeding zone... .
