different units for driver and gunner

What would be the scripting line I would need to use to make a vehicle have a certain type of unit for the driver, and a different type of unit for gunner, and commander.

(I am talking about an "init" type script, so that the changes would be automatic when the vehicle is placed on the map in the editor)...NOT using an empty unit with "this moveindriver vehicle"
