Graphics Sometimes Showing Bright Colors?

Sometimes, trees and houses will have a like, light blue stick through them in the game. Kind of hard to describe it, but its really annoying. My specs are below, pretty sure its video related, but not too sure what to adjust to fine tune it:

1.4gig Athlon TBird

Prophet 4500 Kyro II 64meg video card

Windows XP Pro.

I have the exact same card as you, I too had some gfx glitches in Opf but they were more yellow/green but it sounds similar, they went away more and more in recent gfx driver releases and as far as I've noticed they're now completely gone with the latest drivers http://www.powervr.com/Downloads.asp
