graphic problemsw new comp

I am having problems with my frame rate in ofp, i have tried everything i can and i still cant get a good frame rate without droping to 800x600 mode i run all other games fine. i have done evrything in preferences i can find but no luck. i have talked to quite a few people but so far it seems to be something with my processors mayby? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

1) You have an HP OEM box. Have you aggressively eradicated the OEM bloat that was pre-installed?

2) You have a GeForce 5200, although it does seem like you have updated 84.x Nvidia drivers. Have you tried the 56.xx series of drivers?

3) Your display is 1280x1024. That's a lot of pixels for a gfx5200 to be pushing in 3D anyway.

4) Your page file is set to 2500mb. That's an odd number for having 1gb of RAM, did you set it staticly or did it creep up to that dynamicly?

5) What mods and addons are you running?

Please do not copy and paste from DX Diag, it contains mostly irrelevant information, system specs should be posted clearly and concisely.
