On The Mexican side you could ad the same things like i know a few (A.F.I.) Agencia Federal De Investigaciones (Like F.B.I.) (P.G.R) Special Police (SWAT RURAL) Or  THe Sheriffs. Plus The Military on the mexican side (Not The U.S , They Dont Deal WIth Corruption) Any ways on the bad side you could add Gangsters, Mafiosos, Cartel Family, Robbers, bandits and a map based on south texas and northern mexico.also on the u.s you could add the coast guard to stop drug shipping on by sea. or illegal immigrants What happened to making all this?
