Blanco Fixed Position

I'm currently making a mission using the EDF addons, and was planning on using some static anims in the towns for the enemy to fire from. After trying to find good static firing anims with no success, I finally remembered an old script from OFPEC: Blanco's Fixed Position. It used ICP anims if I remember right and was a damn good script which I could put to great use in my mission.

Does anyone know where I could find a copy of this, I've searched google and only found it twice, once with a missing link on edgefiles, and secondly on the now dead ofpec.

If nobody knows where I could find the script could somebody tell me the config names of the animations from icp_anims.pbo, it doesn't say anything about using them in scripts in the readMe, it only hasadvice for addon makers (perhaps I have the wrong version?). If I can get these anim names I could write my own fixed firing position script, the only reason I haven't done so already is due to the lack of good static firing animations (from my searches anyway).
