okay, after bowing here are IceFLYER's gripes! haha, just kidding, but just some minor touch up suggestions (of which I can't touch because I know nothting of addon making,  sad_o.gif  although I'll supply any sounds I can possibly do pistols.gif

1.) BATS - They need to be tough, to take a full belt from Roadblock blazing away with his .50 cal!! as he screams "Battle Time!" ....also, as a creative over extended afterthought, maybe add some explosion animations for the BATS (even though they are technically people units in the game, but really robots)  pistols.gif

2.) The Troublebubble - Ice isn't flying with these yet ...they bobble around in the air like bubbles sometimes, which, the good thing is they live up to their name  rofl.gif  .I did use them in a cool cut scene, as their takeoff looks really nice with the camera rotating.  notworthy.gif

3.) Zartan - Possible to add a camoflauge cability in the shade, and a life penalty when in sunlight? I'm suggesting the impossible aren't I?

4.) Future Units - Firefly, Hit & Run, Tunnel Rat, the Night Force, More Commandoe style snake eyes...yes I am bordering on the dark side... okay that's all I can think of right now hehe, too many ...sounds...floating around in my head... hahah  nener.gif   notworthy.gif

Go ahead and make some missions. Bee and I are working on some too. it would be great to have a lot of missions for the Gi joe mod.

hey IceFLYER,

if you really want to start mission making i can help you out there. show you some things. however, if you are really serious about it. i would suggest starting here.

it will help you out with the basics and save you a lot of time in the long run.

i also have some missions that i use AS templates but they are not real templates...i just simply save as and add in what i need.

if there is anyway i can help get you any deeper into mission making let me know...you have my email addy  biggrin_o.gif

still werking on missions here myself. i have not had a lot of time lately to werk on them but i will get to them soon i promise.

hey hey rock n roll, mission time...

If you can send me any of your templates that would be great!

I could use a good single player briefing.html template. I'm horrible with setting objectives, getting them to appear, or change, and the whole adding sounds and images to the actual notes/plan/briefing areas.

I'm thinking my weaknesses in the mission making stuff are in the whole scripting camera effects. I can do a whole good mess with timing and triggers and game logics but as I understand the scripts make simplier complex magic. I've cut and pasted stuff on that for bedtime reading but if you got some quick (as in not too much of your time) tips and tricks, then email me away!

ooopss... just a minor touchup

change the file that is named

STRM_JoeTalkFrostBiteAssaultTeam

to the new name of

STRM_JoeTalkSnowJobAssaultTeam

...just that it's Snow Job talking and not Frostbite. Of course the sound will still play, but for easier reference if you use the sound. Later. How goes work on the APC and Rattler? (any ooohhh ahhhh sneak peak pics to keep the fans drooling?) later all
