Single and two-player missions for the novice

Hello, I am looking for two things that I cannot find:

1.

Are there any missions that do not require you to save repeatedly or have supernatural skills? I am sick of "walk into the town, destroy eight tanks, then defend against counter attack" style missions. Yes it happens in real life and normally the side which is outdone dies.

Why not have missions that you can play several of and have the challenge be to not die once?

Do they exist? Where can I find them?

Also do you know of any missions that are good for two player LAN style multiplayer?

As i see, you joined this forum in October 2002. So i think you should know the mission editor of OFP. With the mission editor you can built single and multiplayer missions youreself.

On OFP.info you can find tons of missions.
