User Action Sub Menus

I'm working on a series of addons that use a lot of User Action commands. Most can be triggered by setting conditions but others are just cluttering up the menu.

Now i've seen some addons in the past that use what i can only describe as submenus in the user action menu.

Does anyone know how to do them? Or remeber any addons that used them...i cant remeber which ones only that i saw them.

Any Ideas guys?

Blackblood's BLEED (UK desert troops) has action menu sub-menues. So does CoC's Unified Artillery system.
