ryankaplan 1 Posted August 21, 2005 whenver i try to change my ofp resolution, the game just freezes and then crashes to desktop. At the moment i have it on 1024x768. my desktops on 1280x1024. i have a radeon 9600 256mb , athlon 2.8 and 512mb ram. if i try to change it via ofp preferences, it still doesn't change and starts with 1024x768. Any idea why this could be happening and how i can fix it? edit: i have ofp goty 1.96, genuine, non cracked, bought version wit h my own cd key. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Heatseeker 0 Posted August 21, 2005 Never heard about this one, doesnt seem like a game specific issue, have you tried lowering your desktop resolution? I have my desktop at 1024x768x16 and run OFP at 1280x1024x32, also if you have some sort of weird screensaver try disabling it while gaming, good luck . edit: just remembered that if you run dxdll you cant change resolution ingame has mentioned in its readme.
