Dedicated Server Hosting Company

Recommended Posts

I am looking for a company to host a server for some people I play with regularly. None of us have the connection to host our own, and finding a public server to hang on is getting harder and harder.

So far I have only found one company that will do it, but they're in the UK (We would prefer US). Inx-gaming.co.uk . They offer a trial server but i've been waiting for over a week for it to get set up and they keep running me around.

Does anyone know a reliable server hosting company? Money isn't the big issue, my main issue is I want a company with prompt service, someone I can go to with problems if I have any.

Try servermatrix.com. They are amazing in service and the cost is very competative out there. Servers are based in texas.

Check out Art of War Central. The company is located in the U.S. and they have gaming data centers located throughout the country.

Here's the link:

I have my server (Razor's OFP Coop Server) hosted by Art of War Central on a dedicated server, which I had placed in AOWC's Virginia data center. I have found AOWC service and support to be excellent. They do not have OFP listed as a hosted game, so you will need to "purchase" a dedicated server.

Just get a dedicated server from somewhere like http://layeredtech.com/ (that's who I've been using for the past two years) and then you'll be able to run a website off of it and overall, have a lot more capabilities, than say a dedicated game-server hosting company could offer you.
