cpp2bin "Error on property destroyFriendly ..."

I extract config.bin using unpbo ver. 1.3 to

convert config.bin to config.cpp

Then, I want to convert it back to config.bin using cpp2bin.exe but get an error

"Error on property destroyFriendly - CfgExperience"

So I am wondering what program do you use to

config.bin -> config.cpp &

config.cpp -> config.bin

config.bin --> config.cpp = Binview

config.cpp --> config.bin = cpp2bin
