hardrock 1 Posted February 26, 2005 I'm experiencing regular OFP crashes when I play CTIs. That is, everytime I play a CTI (I'm not sure ATM if it only applies to the crCTIs, but I think to everyone) ofp freezes after 5 to 15 minutes and the windows "Application error" message appears a few seconds later which closes ofp. I did use the search of course, but after lots of reading I couldn't find any solution. I also tried Avon's FAQ, but nothing's said there other than disabling Win98 compatibility mode. I've got new drivers of my graphic cards and motherboard chipset, but it didn't help. The strange thing is, that I can play multiplayer fine as long as it isn't a CTI. I could play CTIs earlier, but then I didn't play for some time and when I tried again, OFP used to crash as it does yet. I don't have a clue anymore of what to do, I really hope someone can help me. hardrock 1 Posted February 26, 2005 Ok I did one thing so far, which maybe could solve the problem. I noticed that in flashpoint.cfg the Total_Memory was set to 1023 though I only have 1GB of RAM, I decreased it to 768 so that there still rests a 256MB buffer for windows.
