Silent N Deadly 0 Posted October 16, 2004 I think its been mentioned in many topics, but yes its a good idea, and I have a feeling it will be added.
Stryder 0 Posted October 16, 2004 Yeah ragdoll's cool... as long as they do it right. Example: In thief: deadly shadows the ragdoll is kinda, lol, off... but in America's Army it's excellent (bodies fall off roofs when shot, slide down hills, great stuff!) Madus_Maximus 0 Posted October 16, 2004 Slow down the action in America's Army and look at the animations/rag-doll, you'll see it's aweful. All rag-doll on the Unreal Warfare engine is "off", it's over the top and bits boucne and stuff. Theif 3 uses the same engine, but I think they improved it. Anyway it seems pretty much spot on in Hidden & Dangerous 2, so something expanding on that quality would be nice... also the ballistics engine would be nice to do too, I love hitting people around a corner from a ricochet off of a metal plate or something lol.
