DELTA_STO 0 Posted September 15, 2004 On the original OFP disk there are 4 PDF files with the islands on them, is the utility that made them avalible for any of the new islands that are around? If not could you tell us how you did it?
Ironsight 1 Posted September 15, 2004 I guess they just made a screenshot of the map in a mission and than just paste it in a PDF file. But why do you want to make a PDF file of a map?
DELTA_STO 0 Posted September 15, 2004 I am looking for a way to grab a high detail image of the island I am working on to help plot out roads and towns. zooming in and grabbing a screen shot works but it is a pain in the a$$ cutting and pasting all the images together... + when I relese the island I want to include the map so ppl can print it out and design missions and campains. ++ look at one of the old pdf files... that is not just a screen shot... joltan 0 Posted September 15, 2004 How about simply using the topography cheat and then converting the resulting vector image into a pdf? I guess that's how BIS did it themselves.
maxm 0 Posted September 15, 2004 First I made the topography dump in OFP Left shift + "-" (FN -) and type topography The dump is a BIG wmf file in the OFP folder Import that in eg. Adobe illustrator export that to Adobe proff. Save PDF /MAXM
