Krom 0 Posted January 8, 2002 Ok I have 2 cd dives: 1. Creative 52 speed reader 2. Sony 12 speed burner. When I try to install without cd it says to put correct cd in. If i try to install the patch with red hammer in it still wants the OFP cd in the drive. I did not have this problem untill I installed Red Hammer. I uninstalled the game and tried to patch with just ultimate upgrade 3 but it did not work. The only way I can get to 1.30 is to install Red Hammer. Dont get me wrong. I can play the game fine. I just cant install the 1.4 patch. When I double ckick it, it checks the cd the logo splash screen apears, the hard drive light starts flashing and then shuts down. I have had both cd and burner on this pc months before I even bought OFP and it installed fine even with the Ultimate Upgrade 3. This just started after the instalation of Red Hammer. UGGGG!!
